The actual Catholic missal (prayer book), belonging to JFK, on which LBJ swore the presidential oath on November 22, 1963. In FORWARD TO CAMELOT, it became the Bible that heroine Cady Cuyler chases in her time-travel adventure with President Kennedy and Lee Oswald.
